THE STARK BEAUTY OF THE MOON !

Sat July 19, 1969, Time 2:35 pm/Houston Time as Eagle began a steady descent towards the Moon. Devoid of any lift, this Dangue like module had to be flown by thrusters. Half way down, the computer went into Data overload and recycled. Astronaut Armstrong took over controls and landed with just 20 secs fuel left. SAM applauds this great human feat !!
