SAM Communique
Pakistan faces one of the highest degree of " Economic Illiteracy in The World." We don't have world class economists. We neither have original thinkers to attack the status quo. Everywhere we are surrounded by the fog of a conventional wisdom ! We need a new economy paradigm. And we need it now ! Be warned that if we fail, we will condemn ourselves and our future generations to hopelessness. It is pure telepathic serendipity that the Dawn newspaper has written a center-piece column on 'irrelevant economists' by S.Akbar Zaidi. The Editor of SAM Daily Times should consider publishing this article from Dawn.
